Reservation Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation 60 or more days before departure

In case of cancellation of the trip 60 or more days before the trip start date, the Participant will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of 200 USD and the cost of any non-refundable bookings or tickets already made by the Organizer (e.g., tickets for Machu Picchu).

2. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before departure

In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the trip start date, the Participant will receive a 50% refund of the total amount, minus an administrative fee of 200 USD and the cost of any non-refundable bookings or tickets already made by the Organizer (e.g., tickets for Machu Picchu).

3. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the trip start date, the Participant will not receive a refund. However, the paid amount (after deducting non-refundable fees) may be applied toward a future trip or transferred to another person designated by the canceling participant.
