TRAVEL CONTRACT SUMMARY
By confirming participation in this trip, the Participant declares that they have read the travel plan and accept the proposed itinerary, costs, and conditions.
PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The total cost of the trip is USD 2,950 per person.
- approximately USD 300 for domestic flights.
- Deposit: 50% (USD 1,475) + domestic flights (USD 300) - due upon booking
- Final payment: 50% (USD 1,475) - due 30 days before departure
TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 60 days before departure:
- Full refund, minus a USD 200 administrative fee and any non-refundable reservations (e.g., Machu Picchu tickets).
- 30-60 days before departure:
- 50% refund, minus a USD 200 administrative fee and any non-refundable reservations.
- Less than 30 days before departure:
- No refund; however, the paid amount (excluding non-refundable fees) may be transferred to a future trip or assigned to another participant designated by the canceling traveler.
ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Organizer commits to providing all services listed in the travel offer. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer may modify certain details of the trip (e.g., date or itinerary) and will promptly inform the Participant of any such changes. Possible reasons for modifications include:
- Force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fires)
- Unsafe weather conditions that prevent the execution of the planned itinerary
- Changes in government regulations, such as new travel restrictions, visa requirements, border closures, or travel bans
PARTICIPANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Participant agrees to:
- Make all payments on time in accordance with the contract.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions throughout the trip.
- Purchase travel insurance and provide proof of coverage before departure.
- Ensure they are in good physical condition and adequately prepared for diverse climates, including:
- High-altitude mountain regions (up to 5000 m in the Andes)
- Humid tropical rainforests
- Dry desert environments (with high temperatures)
- Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to the Organizer before making the initial payment, and consult a doctor to confirm that participation in the trip is suitable for their health condition.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for any health complications arising from the Participant's medical condition.
FLIGHTS
- The trip price does not include international or domestic flight tickets.
- The Organizer agrees to assist participants in purchasing domestic flights within Peru for an additional fee, in accordance with the information provided in the itinerary (see Terms & Conditions, Section: Price and Payment Terms).
FINAL TERM
- The agreement becomes effective upon signature by both parties.
- Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing to be considered valid.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
- If no agreement can be reached, the matter shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
