Cooking Classes - Peruvian Ceviche

Peru is considered one of the top foodie destinations in the world!

Michelin star chefs from all over the world fly to Lima and Cusco to learn how to master their trade. Since 2012, the country has been named the World Leading Culinary Destination by the World Travel Awards.


During our adventures, we travel through Peruvian lands full of delicious dishes and delicacies, so we decided to start a series of cooking classes, which we will present here on the blog in the form of a short videos.

For all of you who want to learn how to prepare Peruvian dishes, we have also prepared a simple guide with recipes so that you can surprise your loved ones with South American meals at home.


We start our culinary series with Ceviche - the most recognizable Peruvian dish in the world.

Our teacher is Jarim Jordan - chef and restaurant owner in one person.

His restaurant is located inside the local brewery on the only route to Machu Picchu in the area of ​​the former Inca citadel of Ollantaytambo.

Courtesy of the Sacha Munay Yoga Center, we were able to create the first episode in this beautiful place.
